Mark and Laura did a fabulous job finding a caregiver for our elderly mother. They took the time and patience to meet with us to figure out her various needs. She is not ready to go into a senior's residence and with the onset of alzheimer's looming, compounded by loneliness due to covid, we needed to find someone who not only spoke her language but also would be there as companionship. The caregiver they found fit in with our mother immediately, and we are so relieved to have her there to be with our mother so we can feel confident she's in good hands while we attend to our famlies. This is a really super company. Both my parents need care in their apartments. I have been hiring people privately and managing the payroll for several years but when my mom needed more care I thought I'd try agencies. I want caregivers who are warm, friendly, caring, energetic, competent and who take initiative. I know from hiring privately that people like these are gems, and are very hard to find. The first couple of agencies I tried sent me people who did not fit that description at all. Premier is totally different. They have done an absolutely super job providing friendly, helpful, careful caregivers, both as regulars and when I need last minute replacements to cover a shift for a private caregiver who cancels. I've been using the company now for 7 months and I recommend it 100%. The owners are great people who are super involved and helpful, and have made my mom's life so much better and my life too.

So lucky to have found Premier Home Care. Mark was my first contact at Premier Home Care; he made me feel comfortable and at ease.
