We offer a range of services, including personal care (bathing, grooming, dressing, personal hygiene), meal preparation, companionship, light housekeeping, laundry, errands, and transportation to appointments. We can also provide respite care for family caregivers who need a break.
We offer flexible scheduling. Our minimum shift is 4 hours per day and 12 hours /week. We can work with you to create a schedule that fits your loved one’s needs and your family’s schedule. We can also provide overnight services and 24/7 care.
An initial telephone call would take place to get an understanding of the required care services. Once it is determined to work together, we will schedule an initial in-person assessment to discuss your loved one’s needs and create a personalized care plan. We will also conduct a home safety inspection and review our policies and procedures with you. Our team will then match your loved one with a qualified caregiver (or multiple caregivers if required). You will also have a dedicated Client Care Coordinator to oversee the care and ensure everything runs smoothly.
Service is charged on an hourly basis. Exact costs are determined based on the number of weekly hours.

Our caregivers are fully certified Préposé(e) aux bénéficiaires (PAB), and many also hold an Attestation d’études collégiales (AEC) in Home Care or a similar program. Additionally, our caregivers are trained and certified under Law 90 for medication management, ensuring they are equipped to provide high-quality care and support to our clients including dementia care.

We are committed to providing the highest quality care.  Our caregivers undergo regular training and ongoing education to ensure they have the skills and knowledge they need to provide excellent care.

In addition, our caregivers are thoroughly interviewed, screened and background checked (provincially and nationally) by an independent company.

Yes, we offer a trial period, and we can also provide temporary caregivers if needed. Our service agreement is not a binding contract, and you can cancel services at any point in time. We believe that communication is key, and we’re happy to keep family members informed about their loved one’s care. We can provide regular updates, and we also have a social portal through WhatsApp that allows family members to access information and communicate with our team.

Our caregivers are trained to assist with medication management, including reminding clients to take their medication and helping with medication administration with PAB’s that have the Law 90 certification. We can also work with your loved one’s pharmacy to set up medication reminders and tracking.

Each client has a personalized care plan created by our nurse and followed by our caregivers and care coordinators.  Time keeping is automated with software specifically designed for the home care industry, so we always know when a caregiver’s shift starts and ends and are immediately alerted if there are any discrepancies.
